A « Customer Support » dedicated team to:

  • Drive and manage Sefee’s answers to Requests for Quotation.
  • Administrate and analyze customers’ orders.
  • Follow up all new products under development and compare progresses versus main milestones
  • Pro-actively initiate internal cost reduction plans.
  • Service customers and manage relations with regard to forecasts, meetings, visits, and supply chain issues.
  • After Sales and Customers Returns

SEFEE takes responsibility for all product returns (After sales, Retrofit Requests, Repair requests,  …).

This is managed by the Customer Support team.
