The electronic workshop is divided in 4 cells :

• SMT wiring
• Manual wiring & integration
• Test
• Final inspection

Manufacturing equipment and tools :

• 1 SMT line (silkscreen, pick & place machine, reflow oven)
• NE25 cleanning machine
• PCB drying oven
• Vernish room
• Molding room
• Automatic Test Bench : Cardabelle (from an internal development)
• Drying room for climatic conditions debugging
• Vibrating pot for mechanical debugging

All stations are equiped with individual lap-top connected to a central network, allowing an easy and quick access to all manufacturing files and instructions.
